With over three decades in the trade and a Florida Master Plumber license held since 2002, Mark brings elite technical expertise and master-level oversight to every project. A Florida resident since 1995, he founded Annick Plumbing in 2014 to provide honest, top-tier plumbing solutions to local homeowners and businesses across Pinellas County.
Brayden Calvert
Brayden Calvert is a Co-Owner, Master Plumber, and Field Supervisor at Annick Plumbing Services. Beginning his career in Utah where he earned both his Master Plumber and Contractor licenses, Brayden specializes in complex commercial new construction builds and high-precision field supervision. After relocating to Florida in 2024 and stepping into co-ownership in 2026, he oversees large-scale field construction operations with an emphasis on strict code compliance and structural integrity.
Chayse Newland
Chayse Newland is a Co-Owner and New Construction Plumber at Annick Plumbing Services. After launching his trade career in Utah, Chayse moved to Florida in 2024, joining the Annick ownership team in 2026. He specializes in residential new construction and custom homes, managing projects directly from initial rough-in through final finish for local homeowners.
